Previous Pre Orders

Pre Sale ETAS are ALWAYS when an order begins shipping to our warehouse. Not to customers. We are unable to predict transit times, only when production is completed. From the point that an order ships from our manufacture, shipments take on AVERAGE 7-10 business days to arrive to our warehouse. Once arrived, we unpack, sort, and inventory. When this process is completed, shipping to customer begins. We ask for 7 business days to complete shipping an order once it has arrived to our warehouse. 

We can not guarantee any item by any specific date. If you are ordering ONLY for a specific purpose, please keep this in mind or have a back up. Please note ETAS before placing an order. Refunds are not issued unless your items arrive damaged or do not arrive at all from our manufacture.
